Idaho Home Inspectors

Here in Idaho, there are no current regulations on the home inspection industry.  Basically, anyone with a business card can be a home inspector!  This is why it is so important to do your homework before hiring someone to look over your valuable investment.  How long have they been doing inspections....?  What is their specific background (plumbing, electrical, building, etc)?  Ask for testimonials and references to call!  *Very important.  Randy Funk Home Inspections has an A+ rating here in Boise and many references to call on.  My reports are very thorough and detailed with lots of photos and recommendations on what/how to fix things that are found.  Happy home hunting!!   www.homeinspectorboise.com
